You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

The customer will take care of cost of transportation toreturn of the order.

Only changes are made to by the same amount as the previously the product purchased.

  • Returns

  • Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending of your method of payment.
Shipping costs previously paid with the order are not refundable.
If the item arrives in bad condition, used or damaged; Girones reserves the right not to proceed with the return of the amount if is not confirmed that its condition is due to reasons beyond the client.
