Delivery term
Orders usually take 7-10 working days to arrive. If after this time you do not receive the goods please contact us ASAP.
Packaging
In Girones Home, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition that it left us. We only use good quality new materials for packaging and take great care to ensure the goods are packaged well.
In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged please be sure to sign for it as ‘damaged’ or refuse the delivery specifying `damaged’ and email us immediately. The signature must be by an adult over 18.
