You can place your order from any part of the Peninsula. In addition, we ship to Europe and the US. You can check the shipping conditions on the web.

Orders generally take 7-10 business days. The tracking number will be provided to you once we have processed your order. If after receiving the tracking number, you do not receive the goods within the established period, you must contact us.
IMPORTANT: Some rugs are made to order with an estimated delivery time of approximately 60 days due to their artisanal elaboration.

Shipping costs and VAT are included in the final price of your order. Shipping costs are calculated depending on the delivery address and weight and are automatically modified when adding products or varying quantities.

Shipping rates and conditions.

Payment of the order can be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) or through Paypal. When you confirm your purchase you can indicate the payment method you prefer.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

● Returns & Exchanges

You have 15 calendar days to change your product from the date of receipt of the order. To make this possible exchange or return, the product must be in the same conditions in which it was received and with its original packaging.

The shipping costs of the product to be exchanged from its destination to our facilities will be borne by the buyer. Changes will only be made for the same amount as the product purchased previously.

● Refund

Once we receive your item we will notify you and it will go through a quality control to confirm its perfect condition. After confirming its correct status, we will notify you of the refund of your invoice, which will be made using the same original payment method.

You will receive the refund in a matter of a few days, depending on the payment method chosen. Shipping costs previously paid with the order are non-refundable.

In the event that the item arrives in poor condition, used or damaged; GIRONES HOME reserves the right NOT to proceed with the refund of the amount, except in the event that its poor condition is due to causes beyond the customer’s control.

At GIRONES HOME we want you to receive your order in the same perfect condition as when it left our facilities. We only use new packaging, made with quality materials and we take great care to ensure that the products are packaged correctly.

Still, in the unlikely event that the item is defective or may arrive damaged, you must ensure that you sign the receipt as “damaged” or refuse delivery specifying “damaged product.” The next step will be to send an email immediately to info@gironeshome.com.

The signature of said voucher must be signed by an adult over 18 years of age.
