Silhouette Outdoor rug by Nanimarquina
Designed by Jaime Hayon, the Silhouette Outdoor rug is intended for outdoor use. It is handwoven and developed with 100% recycled PET fiber and produced in India. The technique used to make this rug is called Hand Tufted and allows the design of curvilinear shapes, different pile heights and the application of different colors on the same rug. The delicate line drawing defines the silhouettes of various imaginary characters that intertwine and coexist in a beautiful composition.

The Silhouette Outdoor Rug belongs to the SILHOUETTE collection by Nanimarquina. A new collection for Indoor and Outdoor use that explores the creative capacity of designer Jaime Hayon. The artist subtly introduces color through small elements that add personality and help us to interpret each of the faces. When observed carefully, 9 faces are discovered, distributed so that the rug can be seen from all points of view, fitting perfectly into any space. By using recycled PET produced through the polyethylene waste recovery and reuse process, we take advantage of waste from consumer plastic bottles by minimizing the impact that plastic burning is causing in India.
