You’ve already seen it, there are 4 ingredients that you can easily have at home. The process is very simple:
- First, mash the avocado very well.
- Cut the tomato, prepare a can of tuna and wash the chickpeas in plenty of water.
- Now all that remains is to make the salad. We have used a mould to make it look prettier, but you can always mix all the ingredients in a bowl and present it at the table.
- Add the avocado, tuna, chickpeas and tomatoes (by the way, we used cherry tomatoes but you can choose the variety you like).
- The final step is to season the salad to taste.
